Trammel Crow Company has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for 131 Morristown Road, a 60,630 SF office building in Basking Ridge, N.J. Richard Van Houten, Jr., vice president, and Kenneth Flynn, vice president, will handle this assignment on behalf of Trammel Grow.
Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd. has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for the retail space at 200 Mott St. in New York City. The property contains 700 SF on the ground level and 700 SF on the basement level. Faith Hope Consolo and Joseph Aquino will handle this assignment on behalf of Garrick-Aug.

NAI James E. Hanson, Inc. announced the sale of 20 Woodbridge Ave., a 6,000 SF office building in Hackensack, N.J. Roy Lucas, senior vice president of NAI James E. Hanson, and Gary Sauerborn, vice president, represented the seller, ACT Security Systems, in the transaction.
In an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $2 million, the property at 353 W. 46th St. in New York City has been sold, according to a report from Robert A. Knakal, chairman of Massey Knakal Realty Services. The property is a four-story, 5,000 SF commercial building. Chris Brodhead, managing director of Massey Knakal, represented the seller in the transaction. The Garth Organization represented the purchaser.
Newmark & Company Real Estate, Inc. announced the sale of 171 Bridge Road, a 10,000 SF office. property in Islandia, N.Y., to LoDuca Associates, Inc. for $760,000. Michael Hagan and Thomas Tabone, of Newmark & Company, represented the buyer in the transaction. Metro Realty Associates, Inc. represented the seller.
The John Anthony Group announced the sale of 204 W. 108th St. in New York City to Nelson Management Group Ltd. and Global One Investments LLC. The property is a six-story apartment building. Jim Mann, of the John Anthony Group, served as the broker in the transaction.
