Omniplex on the case.

Omniplex World Services Corp. (No. 47 on the BE INDUSTRIAL/SERVICE 100 list with $85 million in sales) was recently awarded a service contract with the Office of Personnel Management in Washington, D.C. The Chantilly, Virginia-based company will perform background and security investigations on current and prospective federal employees and on all military personnel and contractors. Omniplex is one of five vendors to share the contract from the OPM, estimated at $2.5 billion over two years with a provision for three performance-based extensions.
