Omega Pharma mulls over possible bourse exit.

(SeeNews) - July 11, 2011 - Belgian pharmaceutical company Omega Pharma NV (EBR:OME) said today that a bourse exit would be one of the options under consideration for the company but underlined that a definitive decision was still pending.

An indicative bid price of EUR 37 (USD 52.27) per share could be one of the possible scenarios, according to Omega Pharma.

De Standaard reported at the weekend that an offer of some EUR 38 per share was under preparation.

Omega Pharma said it would provide more details if and when there are new, relevant issues in this context.
