Oman : PACI, PAMR joint introductory meeting reviews recruitments.

Shaikha Aisha bint Khalfan al Siyabiyah, Chairperson of the Public Authority for Craft Industries (PACI), yesterday chaired the joint introductory meeting between PACI and the Public Authority for Manpower Register (PAMR). The meeting reviewed the efforts exerted by the departments concerned to implement the Royal Directives of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos on job-seekers in the public and private sectors.

The meeting also discussed tasks of PAMR and highlighted the e-linkage project for job-seekers data. During the meeting, which was held at the HQs of PACI, a presentation was given on the efforts exerted by PACI to recruit job-seekers.

The joint meeting sought to enhance the coordination between PACI and PAMR. The meeting was attended by Mohsen bin Khamis al Balushi, Chairman of PAMR, Dr Khalifa bin Abdullah al Barwani, CEO of the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI), and Dr Younis bin Khalfan al Akhzami, CEO of PAMR.
