Oldman in legal fight over kids.
FILM star Gary Oldman is facing a bitter new custody battle for his two young sons.
His ex-wife Donya Fiorentino has accused him of boozing, taking drugs, child neglect and burning one of their sons with a cigarette.
In court documents she asked that the judge investigate his fitness to be legal guardian to Gulliver, five, and four-year-old Charlie.
Fiorentino claimed that on May 6, 2003 "Gary was drunk" when she went to drop off the children.
She also claimed that on May 23, 2003 she had a doctor examine burn marks on Charlie's neck after he told her: "My dad burnt me with a cigarette in the jacuzzi."
The former model also claimed Charlie told her "his dad hit him".
And she alleged that she found prescriptions for painkiller Neurontin and Metadate, a medicinal form of speed, in her sons' possessions.
Leon star Oldman's manager Douglas Urbanski said: "These are outrageous and false allegations from a woman who has a history of making false allegations.
"Gary has celebrated his seventh anniversary of sobriety with AA. He's a wonderful father and that's why the court gave him custody of the kids."
Oldman and Fiorentino divorced in April 2001 after six years of marriage.
She has a history of drug abuse, including a serious overdose early in 2001. But Fiorentino claims she has been clean and sober for two years.
