Oldest quad?

I was recently reading an older PN (August 2011) and was surprised at the longevity of some of the people who had written in. It made me wonder if my brother might be among the oldest-quad group.

He broke his neck while a junior in college on May 6, 1960. He is still active and has had few complications. He can move his arms but can do nothing with his hands, Yet, he still has a tax business. He turned 73 this past March. Is he among the oldest group?
