DISUSED farm buildings surrounded by fields are going up for auction - for up to PS380,000.
Greave Farm, in Greave Road, Holmfirth which is disused, is listed for between PS350,000 and PS380,000.
The sale includes a range of farm buildings with planning permission in more than four acres of land, with views to Holme Styes Reservoir and to the west of Hade Edge Village.
The planning consent allows for the existing buildings to be demolished and a detached four bedroom home to be built.
Greave Farm is owned by Keyland Developments Ltd, the property trading arm of Kelda Group, which is sister company to Yorkshire Water. Cameron Sanderson, Development Surveyor at Keyland Developments Ltd, said: "Former Yorkshire Water properties such as these present a great opportunity for a buyer with vision to create a truly unique home in a hugely coveted location.
"By securing the planning consent to redevelop Greave Farm, we are ensuring that redundant properties such as this can be brought back into use and the proposed plans for this demonstrate that it could be an exceptional property.
"We are expecting high levels of interest at the auction and look forward to facilitating the re-use of this fantastic site."
The auction takes place on Tuesday March 19 at 1.30pm at the Waggon & Horses, Langsett, Sheffield S36 4GY.
