Ohio EPA proposes PTI rule exemptions for silver recovery.

The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency Division of Surface Water has proposed an exemption for photo processors that install silver recovery systems and have a flow of less than 100 gallons per day. Specifics of the exemption can be found on the Ohio EPA website: aug07.html. Comments concerning the proposed exemption should be sent to:
