Office solutions provider inks 15-year lease to join prestige roster at 825 Third Avenue.

CB Richard Ellis announced that it has arranged a 19,244 s/f transaction at 825 Third Avenue on behalf of office solution provider Corporate Suites. The 15-year lease was for the entire 2nd floor.

CB Richard Ellis' Snezana Anderson, a senior vice pPresident in the firm's Midtown office, and Rocco Laginestra, an associate, represented Corporate Suites.

CBRE's Mary Ann Tighe, chief executive officer, New York Tri-State Region; Gregory Tosko, vice chairman; David Hollander, senior vice president; Ken Meyerson, senior vice president; and Jason Frazier, associate; represented the landlord, Advance Publications, in the transaction.

"Corporate Suites has experienced rapid growth in Midtown, having previously doubled in size at two of its existing locations within a year of occupation," Anderson said.

"This transaction at 825 Third Avenue marks Corporate Suites' third expansion in the last four years, and the company was pleased that we were able to secure a great deal in another high-end, prime Manhattan location."

Founded in 1998, Corporate Suites provides state-of-the-art executive suites in Manhattan. The company was created to answer the special needs of the service-oriented new economy and offers highly flexible solutions to businesses of all types, providing fully-furnished office space, conference facilities and virtual office services for corporate professionals.

The 500,000 s/f 825 Third Avenue is home to office tenants such as GCI, CIFG, Eton Park and Norwegian Consulate General.
