For the Bang the Drum project to create an interactive community learning network that will build the capacity of the community to use the Internet and work together online. This network will provide information and resources that are up to date, locally relevant, and accessible to participants who may face a variety of barriers to accessing information, social services, and supports to employment. Program participants and community members will gain computer skills specific to using the Internet as a tool to find resources, communicate, and access social service information. $300,000
