Company Drives Service Level Management Market Leadership with Growth in Customer Base, Revenue, and Analyst Accolades

Oblicore, the leading provider of Service Level Management software, today announced its results for 2007. The results for this period extend Oblicore's pattern of growth for the past four years. As a result of this growth, Oblicore has doubled in sales over the past two years with license bookings growing by close to 100% in 2007.

This period also marked a significant increase in the size of Oblicore's customer base, with new customers in North America, Asia Pacific, and Europe. These customers came from a number of industries and included several new agreements with Telecommunications companies and Service Providers. Of particular note was a Global Enterprise License Agreement with a top ten provider of Telecommunication Services and a Multi-Year Licensing Agreement with one of the world's top five Global Outsourcing Vendors.

Says Michael Carabetta, CEO of Oblicore, "The strong growth over the past year is indicative of the accelerating growth of the Service Level Management market. Particularly encouraging is the showing in the telecommunications and the service provider industries where an increasing number of companies are leveraging Oblicore Guarantee to manage their internal and external SLAs. Furthermore, Oblicore's expansion into countries as far reaching as Switzerland, Slovenia, and Australia, is proof positive of our growing presence in the global market."

This impressive performance was driven by the release of Oblicore Guarantee 4.0 in January 2007 and Oblicore Guarantee 5.0 in September 2007. These releases feature major enhancements to the usability and functionality of the Service Level Management solution and improve the customer's ability to define the service catalog, establish contractual obligations and measurements, and report on these obligations.

As a result of its continued growth and innovation, Guarantee received "Best in Class" reviews from several leading analyst companies. These reviews include leadership positions in both the Forrester BSM Marketwave and the Yphise SCM Vendor Assessment. In addition, with a rank of 150, Oblicore was named to Inc. 500 List of Fastest-Growing Private Companies.

"The momentum of the Oblicore Guarantee solution, both in the marketplace and in the analyst community, is remarkable," says Carabetta, "Our company continues to make great strides and is clearly setting the pace for the Service Level Management industry."
