 OVERLOOK HOSPITAL TO RECEIVE STATE GRANT
 On Thursday, Jan. 23, 1992, Governor Jim Florio and Health


Commissioner Frances J. Dunston will award state grants to seven hospitals and their affiliated community-based health centers at 2 p.m. in the auditorium of Overlook Hospital, located at 99 Beauvoir Ave., in Summit, N.J. "The Competitive Initiatives Program" they will discuss seeks to encourage affiliations between hospitals and community-based providers that will offer high-quality, cost effective primary medical care.
 Overlook's family health center, the Dr. Myra Smith-Kearse Health Center in Vauxhall, is one of the seven grant recipients and is slated to receive $145,000 over the next two years.
