 OUCH ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT WITH SEDGWICK JAMES
 SACRAMENTO, Calif., Dec. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Occupational-Urgent


Care Health Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: OUCH) announced today that it has entered into a multi-year agreement with Sedgwick James Inc. Claims Management Services. Under this agreement, OUCH will provide medical and administration cost containment services to clients of Sedgwick James. Services will include bill review, utilization management and access to one of the most comprehensive preferred provider organizations in the nation. OUCH will also provide a state-of-the- art data communication interface between OUCH and Sedgwick James computer systems.
 Sedgwick James Claims Management Services, based in Chicago, is one of the largest third-party administrators in the nation providing claims management services for employers. It has 48 service units across the United States and emphasizes workers' compensation administration. Ouch's services will become available to all of these units over the next several months.
 On Nov. 17, 1991, OUCH and Illinois-based HealthCare COMPARE Corp. (NASDAQ: HCCC) announced execution of a definitive merger agreement. The completion of the merger is subject to certain conditions, including approval of OUCH and COMPARE shareholders. Management believes that by combining the two companies' respective strengths, OUCH and COMPARE will offer clients, including Sedgwick James, the benefit of an accelerated national presence in both workers' compensation and group health markets.
 OUCH is headquartered in West Sacramento, Calif., with offices in Los Angeles, Dallas, Detroit, Tampa and Phoenix.
