OSMC ANNOUNCES LICENSE FROM PHILIPS ELECTRONICS N.V.
TROY, Mich., Jan. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Ovonic Synthetic Materials Company, Inc. (OSMC) announced today that it has received a worldwide license from Philips Electronics N.V. for patented technology related to a new class of lower-cost, higher-performance rapidly solidified permanent magnet materials. OSMC is a pioneer in the field of engineered materials produced by rapid solidification and vacuum deposition processes.
