ORNDA HEALTHCORP SIGNS LETTER OF INTENT TO SELL BROTMAN MEDICAL CENTER
 DALLAS, July 14 /PRNewswire/ -- OrNda HealthCorp (NASDAQ: ORND) announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to sell its approximate 57 percent interest in Brotman Partners, L.P., Culver City, Calif., to a group of the current physician limited partners of Brotman Partners, L.P., the California limited partnership which owns and operates Brotman Medical Center.
 The letter of intent calls for a purchase agreement to be executed no later than July 22, 1992. The sale is subject to certain conditions including the purchaser obtaining financing and the execution of a definitive purchase agreement.
 OrNda HealthCorp owns and operates 16 acute care hospitals, one affiliated psychiatric facility, three surgery centers and a physician group practice.
