ORION ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT TO ALTER STATUS OF ORION CLASSICS EXECUTIVES
 NEW YORK, Jan. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Orion Pictures Corp. (NYSE: OPC) today announced that an agreement has been reached to alter the status of the three principal executives of Orion Classics, the company's autonomous specialized film division.
 Effective immediately, Michael Barker, Tom Bernard and Marcie Bloom, the vice presidents of sales and marketing, marketing and distribution, and acquisitions, respectively, have become non-exclusive consultants to the division, remaining available on an ongoing basis to supervise the marketing and distribution of all current and upcoming releases.
