 MELBOURNE, Fla., Nov. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Opto Mechanik, Inc.


(NASDAQ: OPTO), a Florida-based designer and manufacturer of optical and electro-optical fire control systems utilized in aircraft, tanks and other weapon systems, announced today their results of operations for the first quarter ended Sept. 30, 1992.
 Revenues for the first quarter ended Sept. 30, 1992 were reported at $7,954,202, generating net income of $159,100 or income of $.07 per common share on a weighted average of 2,189,102 shares outstanding. This compares to revenues of $9,062,041 for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 1991, which generated net income of $62,707 or income of $.03 per common share on a weighted average of 2,189,102 shares outstanding.
