ONE OF THE LARGEST PERSONAL INJURY VERDICTS IN NEW YORK STATE HISTORY
 HANDED DOWN IN WHITE PLAINS
 WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Oct. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- David Meiselman, Esq., senior partner of Meiselman, Farber, Packman & Eberz, P.C. with offices in Mt. Kisco and Poughkeepsie, obtained one of the largest verdicts in a personal injury case in New York State on behalf of his client Frank DePasquale, 22, of Mt. Kisco. The trial, which began Sept. 9, ended today, at 11:45 a.m. when the jury granted Mr. DePasquale a $13.7 million verdict.
 "The jury was made up of devoted and dedicated public citizens who did the right thing by Mr. DePasquale," stated David Meiselman. The judge in the case was Samuel G. Fredman and the trial took place at the Westchester County Court House in White Plains.
 The accident occurred Aug. 23, 1988, when Frank DePasquale was on the job using a wood chipper manufactured by Morbark Industries, Inc. located in Michigan. Mr. DePasquale's leg was caught as he tried to dislodge a branch from the machine. He was pulled into the machine and, unable to turn it off, lost his leg in the accident. He spent one month in Northern Westchester Hospital and one month in Burke Rehabilitation Center in White Plains and has had four operations
