Steve Dunmore has joined ARAMARK Corp. as regional vice president, North Central region, in the company's Business Services Division. He has general management responsibility for ARAMARK's largest Food and Support business. Most recently, he was general manager, Canada, for CASE Corp.
Zina Pierre has been appointed special assistant to the president of the United States for intergovernmental affairs. She is responsible for assisting in the outreach to city and county elected officials. Previously, she was director of the Welfare-to-Work Initiative at the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Ertharin Cousin Moore has been named group vice president of public affairs of Albertson's Inc., parent company of Jewel-Osco, based in Melrose Park, Illinois. She will oversee all public affairs and related activities for the chain's 2,500 stores in 37 states. Previously she was vice president, government and community affairs for the Midwest region.
Donna Sams has been named vice president of network services for Indianapolis-based Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. She will oversee desktop services, LAN, WAN and telecommunications operations nationwide. Previously, she was a project manager.
