OMNI FILMS SELLS THEATERS TO RESORTS WORLD CASINO
SARASOTA, Fla., March 17 /PRNewswire/-- Omni Films International,

Inc. (NASDAQ: OFII), said today it has sold two theater systems worth more than $1.2 million to Resorts World BHD for installation in June at a casino in Genting Highlands, Malaysia. Omni will also license films to Resorts World for an undisclosed amount for use in the theaters.
The contract consists of a Motion Master theater, a seat-based motion simulator and 70mm projection system, and an ESI-3D theater system, Enhanced Spatial Imagery -- a system projecting a three dimensional image.
Fred Hollingsworth III, president and chief executive officer of Omni, said the sale is the first by the company to the gambling and entertainment casino market. He said the package includes digital- disk sound systems and, for the Motion Master, a PC-computer-based motion and show control system.
Omni Films is a vertically integrated entertainment technology company specializing in the design, manufacture and sale of large- screen, three-dimensional and motion-simulation theater systems and the production and licensing of 70mm films specifically for use in Omni theaters. The company markets its theater systems to customers throughout the world. The systems are typically operated in theme and amusement parks, educational and cultural institutions, regional shopping malls and recreation and leisure destinations. Theater operators license films from Omni's extensive 70mm library or they can contract with Omni for custom-produced films tailored to their specific audience or theme.
