OMC ELECTS KOSTER VICE PRESIDENT
OMC ELECTS KOSTER VICE PRESIDENT WAUKEGAN, Ill., Nov. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Outboard Marine Corp.
(NYSE: OM) (OMC) announced that its board of directors today elected Dennis L. Koster vice president of sales for its Marine Power Products Group.
OMC said Koster will have responsibility for planning and management of all U.S. sales activities for the company's marine engines and accessories. He also will have responsibility for OMC's service function. According to the company, Koster will report to Robert D. Randolph, OMC's executive vice president and chief operating officer. Koster joined OMC in 1973 and held a number of positions within the company's finance organization, where he advanced to the position of director of international accounting. His most recent position was as president and general manager of OMC's Canadian operation, where he has served since 1986. Koster, a resident of Peterborough, Canada, is a graduate of Augustana College, where he earned a degree in accounting and business administration. He and his family will relocate to the Waukegan area in the near future.
