 NEW YORK, July 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Olympia & York Companies (U.S.A.)


announced today that it has retained Lazard Freres & Co. to act as its investment banker in connection with the ongoing restructuring of its U.S. operations. Lazard will focus on raising capital for O&Y's U.S. operations.
