OLE: IT'S CUP AND STAY UP.

Byline: TIM LEWIS

OLE Gunnar Solskjaer reckons Cardiff can go one better than Wigan - by winning the FA Cup and staying up. Roberto Martinez led the Latics to a first major trophy in their 81-year history last season. But he could not keep them up and they were relegated after eight years in the Premier League. As the pair prepare to meet in the Welsh capital today, Cardiff boss Solskjaer insists the cup can be good for his struggling side. Solskjaer (above) said: "Wigan showed last season what the FA Cup is all about for clubs like us - it's a chance to win a trophy. "With the finances in the Premier League, only four or five teams can win it, but in the cup everyone has a chance. "Wigan went down, but I want to go one better and win the cup and stay up. I never want to lose any game. No chance."
