OLC Global Announces Chuck Keathley as Vice President of Sales.

Bartlesville, OK, February 17, 2012 --( OLC Global has announced that Chuck Keathley, formerly an Account Executive for Avtex, Inc. has joined the OLC Global sales team. Chuck will serve in the capacity of Vice President of Sales for the company. Over the past ten years he has worked for SITEL in Omaha NE as a Vice President of Business Development and at Teleperformance, in Atlanta, GA as Director of National Accounts. “Chuck brings exactly the kind of experience our company needs to grow, in particular in the Teleservices arena,” said Peggy O'Connor, the president and founder of OLC Global. She founded the company after her very successful career in the Market Research Industry. Since 1986 OLC Global has also had a strong presence in the Teleservices industry.

“While OLC Global is a power house in outbound business to business sales and has been for a very long time, it is time to break our original mold and re-invent ourselves,” said Peggy O'Connor. She went on to say, “We have just invested in inbound and outbound call blended technology that applies to both Market Research and Teleservices. So we must change and go in a direction that is growing. I think that Chuck will play an important leadership role within our current sales group and put us on the path we need to be on.”

“My decision to join the company was based on their strong sense of customer service, an ability to sell business to business value products and to work with a group of people who are extremely competitive,” said Chuck Keathley. The company decided to leave the consumer side of teleservices in 2000 when a fourteen year client, Publisher's Clearing House decided to rely strictly on inbound magazine renewals. “Things change and because there are now a variety of ways to maintain compliance with the do-not-call provisions of the law we are preparing to re-enter the consumer side of Teleservices,” said Chuck Keathley, the new Vice President of Sales for the company. “This is a very vibrant company with incredible potential and I am very excited to be a part of its re-emergence in consumer teleservices,” he said. The company is a Nationally Certified Woman owned company and has a cadre of management staff that has been with the company for periods of 10 to 25 years. “I think the reason for this is that we are like a large family and really care about one another,” said Peggy O'Connor, President and Founder. She went on to say, “We are convinced that as we grow we will not lose that atmosphere because of our core values and the way we promote them,” The company is headquartered in Bartlesville, OK and has 160 seats in Wichita KS with plans to re-open a facility in Bartlesville and adding another 70 seats in Wichita handling both inbound and outbound for business to business and consumer programs.
