BOSTON, Aug. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- The officers and sole shareholders of a New Hampshire electronics company were charged today with tax evasion for the years 1987-1990.
U.S. Attorney A. John Pappalardo announced the filing of an Information charging Charles A. Didonato, 35 Constantine Dr., Tyngsboro, Mass., and James A. If convicted, each man faces up to 20 years imprisonment, and a fine of up to $1,000,000. Additionally, Didonato and Johnston are subject to substantial civil liability for unpaid taxes, penalties and interest.
The case was investigated by Special Agents of the Internal Revenue Service's Criminal Investigation Division, and is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Mark W. Pearlstein of Pappalardo's Economic Crimes Unit.
