OCC ANNOUNCES ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS

 WASHINGTON, June 17 /PRNewswire/ -- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) today announced the following enforcement actions taken against bankers and national banks. The 37 actions released today also include: four formal agreements, one amended formal agreement, 21 civil money penalties, one civil money penalty by order of the comptroller, three removals/prohibitions and seven terminations of existing enforcement actions.
 Enforcement actions are also listed monthly in OCC's Interpretations and Actions. Subscriptions to that publication are available for $125 per year. A list of enforcement actions previously disclosed and copies of the actual documents are available from the OCC's Communications Division by writing to: Comptroller of the Currency, Communications Division (9-13), Washington, D.C. 20219.
