OCAW RATIFIES CONTRACT WITH COLUMBIA GAS COMPANIES
CHARLESTON, W. Va., Dec. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Members of two locals of

the Oil, Chemical and Atomic Workers (OCAW) International Union have ratified a new three-year labor agreement with three Columbia Gas System (NYSE: CG) affiliates, company officials said today.
The ratification comes after a two-week extension of the old contract. That extension was made at the request of the union so that it could complete balloting on the new agreement.
The agreement, effective Dec. 1, 1991, covers about 800 hourly paid employees at Columbia Gas Transmission Corp., Columbia Natural Resources, Inc., and Columbia Gas of Kentucky, Inc. The agreement includes wage and benefit improvements.
The members of OCAW Local 3-372 at Kenova, W. Va., and Local 3-628 at Clendenin, W. Va., work in parts of West Virginia, eastern and central Kentucky and western Virginia.
