B. Jean Vollmer
SPRINGFIELD, - A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. March 9 at Springfield Faith Center for B. "Jean" Vollmer of Springfield, who died Jan. 27 of Alzheimer's disease. She was 82.
She was born Oct. 23, 1929, in Great Bend, Kan., to Elmer and Edna Almquist Gallon. She married Marvin A. Vollmer on Nov. 26, 1949, in Emporia, Kan.
She attended Great Bend High School in Kansas, class of 1947. She worked as a sales associate at Sears.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Christopher of Escondido, Calif., and Michael of Houston; two daughters, Judith Russell of Crestline, Calif., and Cheryl Graham of Springfield; a sister, JoAnn Hiss of Great Bend, Kan.; 10 grand children; and five great-grandchildren.

JUNCTION CITY - Barbara J. Wilcock of Junction City died Feb. 22 of cancer. She was 62.
Recitation of the rosary will be at 7 p.m. Friday, March 2, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Monroe. A Mass of Christian burial will be at the church at 11 a.m. Saturday.
She was born Feb. 24, 1949, in Astoria, N.Y., to Benjamin and Marion Clithrow Lusk.
She married Marty Wilcock on Sept. 13, 1969, in College Park, Ga.
She graduated from El Capitan High School in Lakeside, Calif. She received a nursing degree from San Diego University nursing school. She worked in accounts receivable for Petersen-Arne.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Sean Wilcock of Brawley, Calif.; a daughter, Andrea Bisson of Philomath; three brothers, Don Lusk, Ken Lusk and Ron Lusk, all of Canada; and six grandchildren.
Inurnment will be at in Joseph Cemetery in Utah.
