OAP has get up and go.
They always told me life began at 40, but I did not even notice 40 I was working so hard. I have been loving my retire-ment. I take every chance I get to go abroad and travel the country seeing my family.
I have four beautiful grand-children and I love spending time with them. I also love having the freedom to do what I want, when I want. That is the real pleasure of being 68. I am up at 7am and get straight down to the gym, after which the world is my oyster and I make sure I fill the time with walks across the Yorkshire Dales. I never miss a chance to go abroad. We've done the usual cruise, but I loved hiking across the ruins of Pompeii and swim-ming off the coast of Turkey. Being 68 really does have its advantages.
