 O-JAY ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT WITH MORGAN ENTERPRISES
 MINNEAPOLIS, June 15 /PRNewswire/ -- O-Jay, Inc. announced an


agreement with Morgan Enterprises, to ship orange juice by air to the six republics (Commonwealth of Independent States), Moscow.
 The agreement is predicated upon O-Jay's reception of the initial deposit from United National Republic Bank in Moscow of $4,000,000.
 The basic size unit is a four-ounce cup (48 cups per case) and the minimum number of cases per month is 105,000. The initial period is for one year and is renewable annually.
 O-Jay, Inc. is a diversified holding company with interests in juice production, wholesale tire distribution and research and development of medical products in the field of barriers against sexually transmittable diseases.
