O Come All Ye Beliebers for Justin.

Byline: GARRETH MacNAMEE

JUSTIN Bieber has been offered the chance to escape punishment if he agrees to sing at a Christmas carol event.

The singer, 19, got into trouble in Australia as he was spotted by cops spraying graffiti on the grounds of a hotel where he was staying in the Gold Coast.

Mayor Tom Tate accused Bieber of setting a bad example to his young fans.

Mr Tate insisted graffiti vandalism is punishable by community service, but has offered Bieber the chance to redeem himself.

He said: "If a normal person did that they'd be serving 80 to 100 hours of community service.

"Just come and clean it up and we'll be happy with you. Alternatively come and sing at our mayoral Christmas carols on December 7 for an hour and I'll let you go."
