O'NEILL NAMED PREMARK TREASURER DEERFIELD, Ill., Jan. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Premark International, Inc.
(NYSE: PMI) announced today that Thomas P. O'Neill Jr. has been named corporate vice president, treasurer, effective immediately. He succeeds David S. Simon, who is leaving the company to pursue personal interests.
O'Neill has been vice president, auditing since 1989. He joined Premark in November 1986 as director, external reporting & accounting standards. Prior to that, he was a senior manager at the Price Waterhouse accounting firm. O'Neill is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and received an MBA from the University of Chicago. "We are grateful to Dave Simon for his valued contributions to the company," said Warren L. Batts. "He has served Premark with distinction. We will miss him and wish him well. At the same time, Tom O'Neill has been an effective member of our management team, and we look forward to the expertise and aggressiveness he will bring to the treasury function."
