Nursery gets in early with antenatal classes.

A KENILWORTH nursery has teamed up with parenting organisation the NCT to offer its first antenatal classes.

The first full course at Little Crackers Nursery has just been completed by seven Coventry and Warwickshire couples all looking froward to the birth of their first babies, led by NCT antenatal teachers Caroline Graham and Sian Simmons.

Sian Simmons said: "Becoming parents for the first time is a daunting prospect for most couples and NCT classes are a great way to meet other couples facing the same challenges.

"Classes help prepare each couple for labour, birth, caring for their baby and the ups and downs of being a new parent."

Nursery manager Clare Bird said: "We were delighted to be able to help NCT offer antenatal courses in Kenilworth and hope to see many of the new parents back with their little ones at our Stay and Play sessions."

More courses are planned for May, August and October. Call Bev on 0844 2436872 or email bookings6e@nct.org. A free taster early pregnancy class will also be offered on March 27.
