Nuneaton Under-13s look back on superb season; RUGBY UNION.

NUNEATON Rugby Club under-13s have been in great form this season with a spate of impressive performances in which they have lost just twice in 24 matches.

The Liberty Way youngsters have certainly made a big impact, so much so that their reputation has helped them towards clinching a sponsorship deal with an American-based company - Cogsdill Ltd, whose headquarters are in South Carolina although locally they operate from Tenlons Road in Nuneaton.

Recently the squad took part in the Cheddar Gorge Rugger tournament and again they showed their talents by finishing runners up.

Ann Johnson, team spokesperson, said: "The lads have had a really successful season but it's not only results which have been so good but the comradeship and competitive spirit inthe squad."
