47% of commercial companies presented their annual financial statements in 2009 against 40% in 2008, National Centre of Trade Register (CNRC) officials told APS Wednesday. Indeed, the number of companies that have accomplished this compulsory procedure reached 44,041 companies for the year 2009, out of 94,438 companies registered within CNRC, according to the body's preliminary data. The ''progress'' in the number of commercial companies that have complied with this formality is the result of ''efforts of advocacy, information and communication services provided by this centre and its 49 branches for economic operators" for this annual operation that lasted 1 to 31 July, the same source said.AaAaAaAa
