Nu-Staff 's Dare, 41, in charge of growth.
Robert Dare, 41, from Chepstow, will be principally responsible for growing business within the engineering sector across South Wales and south-west England.
Mr Dare joins the company after successfully holding previous positions in sales engineering and marketing at Swagelok Bristol and as head of student recruitment at the University of Wales, Newport.
He said: "For the last 25 years I have worked closely in providing solutions to many of the major engineering employers across the region.
"I am now really looking forward to playing my part in the continued success at both Nu-Staff and our clients."
