Now, replace baby images in your Facebook News feed with puppies, cats pics.

New York, Aug. 6 ( ANI ): Facebook users who hate seeing pictures of their friends' kids on their Newsfeeds, can now replace those photos with images of puppies, and cats.

A new plug-in,, scans your Newsfeed for keywords like 'so cute,' 'cutest baby ever,' or 'newborn' and swaps the baby photos with other images.

The plug-in is automatically configured to replace the offending photos with cats, but users can customize the extension to their liking, with the option of adding more specific keywords, the New York Daily News reports.

According to the report, once the picture is replaced, the status reads 'baby removed.'hree friends, Yvonne Cheng, Chris Baker and Pete Marquis have created the photo-replacing extension, according to a report by Mashable.

According to the report, the plug-in has received over 2,000 likes on Facebook in the 30 minutes after being launched last week.
