Nova analytics acquires Global Water Instrumentation.

Woburn, MA 8/28/07--Nova Analytics, a supplier and integrator of electrochemistry products, has announced that it acquired Global Water Instrumentation. Based outside of Sacramento, California, Global Water Instrumentation was established in 1990 and manufactures a wide variety of water testing instruments, including flow meters, pH meters, dissolved oxygen meters and conductivity meters. Chris McIntire, president and COO of Nova Analytics, stated,'Global Water Instrumentation offers an expanded presence in North America to Nova's growing portfolio of premium companies."

This purchase is Nova Analytics' ninth since 2003. Nova Analytics has acquired five European and four American firms.
