Norwegian Property ASA acquires commercial properties in Oslo for NOK1bn.

NORDIC BUSINESS REPORT-4 July 2006-Norwegian Property ASA acquires commercial properties in Oslo for NOK1bn(C)1994-2006 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD

The Norwegian property company Norwegian Property ASA said on Tuesday (4 July) that it has agreed to acquire two commercial properties in central Oslo, Norway from Hoegh Invest Eiendom AS.

The purchase price is approximately NOK1bn.

The transaction covers a total of 44,000 square metres of existing commercial space in Oslo's Skoyen area, as well as first rights to an adjacent real estate.

One Norwegian krone (NOK) is worth approximately 0.09 British pounds (GBP).
