16 November 2009 - Norwegian shipping company Camillo Eitzen & Co ASA (OSL: CECO) put off today the release of its third-quarter report to 30 November 2009 due to the expected takeover offer from Indonesia-based PT Berlian Laju Tanker Tbk (JAK: BLTA).

The results were originally due to be presented on 18 November 2009.

In October, Berlian Laju Tanker informed the Norwegian company about its interest to make a voluntary takeover offer for all its outstanding shares.

Camillo Eitzen said on 5 November 2009 that the partners would not manage to keep the original plan to announce the bid by mid-November and to close the deal by the end of the month.
