North American Airlines launches scheduled service to Nigeria.
North American Airlines, a wholly owned subsidiary of World Air Holdings Inc (OTC: WLDA.PK), has launched scheduled service between Lagos, Nigeria and New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport.
North American, reportedly the only United States airline operating direct scheduled service between Africa and the US, offers three weekly round-trip flights between Lagos and New York with Boeing 767-300ER aircraft.
