The Swedish property company Fastighetsaktiebolaget Norrporten (Norrporten) said on Tuesday (13 June) that it will invest approximately SEK170m in a new office building in central Sundsvall, Sweden.

A major part of the 14,000 square metre building will be leased by Bolagsverket (the Swedish companies registration office).

The project is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2008.

One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
