The Norwegian-owned Chinese industrial park operator Nordic Industrial Park Co Ltd said on Wednesday (20 June) that it has decided to invest USD50m in expanding its site in Ningbo, south of Shanghai.

The 45,000-square metre industrial park will be expanded to a total of 175,000 square metres. The investment programme includes three six-floor office buildings and one 15-floor office tower with fully equipped offices.

Nordic Industrial Park is owned by the Norwegian investment firm Styrbjorn AS.

One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 1.97 US dollars (USD).
