Nordic Capital acquires Dangaard Telecom.

NORDIC BUSINESS REPORT-13 June 2006-Nordic Capital acquires Dangaard Telecom(C)1994-2006 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD

The Danish mobile phones distributor Dangaard Telecom Holding A/S said on Tuesday (13 June) that a subsidiary of Nordic Capital Fund VI had signed an agreement to acquire Dangaard Telecom from BHS Holding, debitel, Fleggaard Holding and Dangaard Telecom Partners.

Dangaard Telecom had revenues of EUR1.6bn in the financial year 2004-05, and it has some 1,000 employees in 14 countries.

The parties had agreed not to disclose the transaction value.

One euro (EUR) is worth approximately 0.69 British pounds (GBP).
