Non-stop service betwee San Juan and Jacksonville to be launched by JetBlue.

JetBlue Airways (NASDAQ:JBLU) yesterday announced that from 19 May 2011 it will launch a new daily, non-stop, service between San Juan, Puerto Rico and Jacksonville, Florida.

Services are scheduled to leave Jacksonville at 10:30 daily and arrive in San Juan at 13:26 with the return service leaving at 14:10 and arriving back in Florida at 17:36 and will be operated with a 100-seater Embraer 190 aircraft.

Tickets for the new route will be on sale on the airline's website at http://www.jetblue.com later in October.
