Non-profit signs lease at 1414 Ave. of Americas.

The Association for Aging Research, which leased nearly 2,000 square feet on the tower's 18th floor. The nonprofit organization is presently headquartered at 725 Park Avenue.

Sandy Fagin and Doug Feder of Newmark Real Estate Services, broker, represented the tenant in the leasing transaction while Richard Farley, leasing director of S.L. Green Real Estate, represented the building.

Located at the southeast comer of West 58th Street, 1414 Avenue of the Americas features a modern lobby, upgraded corridors, new elevators and a host of improvements that have helped enhance its aesthetic and professional image.

Marketed primarily to the moderate sized space user, the 19-story tower contains a total of 11O,OOO square feet of office space and features full floors from 3,500 to 7,500 square feet.
