BANKING AND CREDIT NEWS-April 21, 2015-Nomura names deputy governor to Central Bank of Brazil


Asia global investment bank Nomura said it has confirmed the appointment of Tony Volpon to the position of deputy-governor in charge of international affairs at Central Bank of Brazil.

Volpon joined Nomura's fixed income research team in September 2009 with a specific focus on Brazil and Latin America.

Nomura is financial services group with an integrated global network spanning over 30 countries. Nomura's subsidiaries in the US include Nomura Securities International, Inc. and Nomura Corporate Research and Asset Management, Inc.
