Tyre manufacturer Nokian Tyres Oyj (HEL:NRE1V) reported on Tuesday the receipt of an announcement from BlackRock Inc, on 19 March 2019, that the total number of Nokian Tyres shares owned by BlackRock Inc and its funds, as well as indirect holding, fell below level of 5% of the share capital in Nokian Tyres.

Reportedly, this change was as a result of share transactions concluded on 15 March 2019.

Nokian Tyres develops high-quality, safe and eco-friendly tyres for passenger cars, trucks and heavy machinery. It is especially well known for its innovative winter tyres. The group also includes the Vianor chain, specialising in vehicle maintenance and tyre services.
