No early voting to be held within parliamentary elections.

Chairman of the parliamentary committee on human rights, constitutional law and state structure Natalia Nikitenko promised no early voting will be held within parliamentary elections in line with the constitutional law.

Operation of precinct election commissions will be extended until 8.00 pm.

"Also, paper lists along with the electronic identification lists of the citizens will be used, which will be updated constantly," said Nikitenko.

Vice Chairman of the State Registration Service Dastan Dogoyev added that use of biometric data will become an innovation of the forthcoming election campaign.

"At the moment, the biometric data were submitted by 2.5 million people, which is 70% of the population aged 16 and older. The campaign for collection of biometric data should be completed by August 31, 2015. If people fail to submit their biometric data on time, they may apply to district offices of the State Registration Service," he explained.
