No chance to go AWOL.

Calling all GI Joes and Janes. Do you need that extra bit of motivation to work harder? Are you tired of dragging yourself to the gym for the same old workout? Prepared to combat against the unpredictable Scottish elements? If you answered yes to any of these questions then Glasgow Club's Boot Camp is for you.

Your motivation will not have a chance to go AWOL as you get your marching orders from our Boot Camp leaders.

This is the ultimate six-week military fitness challenge. It will push you to the limit and it guarantees real results.

Each platoon meets twice a week to be put through their paces. At the end of the six weeks, all platoons come together to fight it out at the Boot Camp Assault Course Challenge to gain the ultimate reward. What's more, each centre also run free Boot Camp taster sessions before each course, so why not try before you buy? If you don't fancy sweating it out in a group, what about personal training? It's not just for ultra-fit people and, believe it or not, our trainers like sneaking the odd bar of choc too.

They'll guide and coach you during onehour sessions, so ask yourself - what do you want to achieve? Losing weight, that six-pack or increasing your muscle mass? Your trainer will be with you every step of the way. Why not book a free consultation either on your own or for a "buddy" session with a friend?
